In my old town I was by far, it was a very very small town, but quite a few descent stereos. Many JLs, but I had 4 12s in a stratus. My new town of West Palm I doubt it, but come December, my 2 XXXs will be easily top 5. There are many rich people here, and I am not one of them!

I know im not the loudest in my town. I live in northern Michigan and the loudest I know of in my area is a guy who runs a van with 5 15" shocker subs off of 36,000 watts. At one of the last comps he hit 170.9. His friend also has 2 12s I think and the other day he did 161.1 with a van. I believe they both compete in national sponsered events and they both are very good at what they do. I hope to be one of the loudest someday but I would have to compete with the other kids in town who run 4 subs and hit between 155-156.

It maybe me in my town, I dont know. The only other person I know that has a comparable system is my friend who runs a xxx15. Everyone else runs prefabs from tweeter and CC. Maybe a few w7's, but none that I have heard. Mostly all garbage products that CC sells.

Me. Yay. One guy has three sealed Audiobahn high excursions in this older Lincoln which come closer than anybody else, but I've still got the edge by a few dBs...and SQ. There's a guy that lives near this town with 4 12" Cadence beasts in a wall in his Camaro who is beating me, but then again that's his competition vehicle.

Around here, everyone and their mom runs Pyramid. It's all bass shit and nothing else. It's like living in 1980s rap- you turn up the treble and there are lyrics in that song, too! The best sound setup would have to be a guy named Allen's setup. 2x15"s, 2x12"s,2x10"s,4x8"s,4x6.5"s, 8 horn tweeters, 4 MA Audio amps. I've never seen it in detail, but it's hella loud. He was literally pulled over during rush hour in Chicago by a cop on a Harley Davidson.

The loudest, however, goes to my cousin, Daniel. Pioneer HU, stock everything. It's his V8 engine that you can make out from over 1.5 miles away. (I kid you not)

With 1 10 your louder than i'd say 99% of the kids with systems around the house... nobody at steak n shake has ever beaten that score. Closest was the guy with the... tercel... 2 9500 10's and the mojo amp.

But hmm, I'm louder than tommy... so hah.. hah... then again - I also have a wall with 2 stroker 15's and 2 kicker dx700's.
