Loudest budget sub

My friend is wanting to upgrade from his 2 Kicker cvr 12's in his 99 s10 blazer to something a bit better. He wants to get a single 15. He wants to be as loud as possible.

Hes got a budget of about 250 for the subs. I can't thinak of any at the moment. Any ideas?

Good amount, its going in a blazer. ~1000 rms or so, nothing too big. Amp will be bought after the sub.

Then pick one all are nice but id rather have twice the sub for the same price used but thats me. I like to get loud not so much about if its new...

Corey $250???? No doubt ull get a quality product but dnt ecpect the end of all ends for that price from him.. Corey is $$$ but he builds beasts and well they aint cheap....

1 15 is less cone area than 2 12s and with 250 dollars. He could almost get 2 sundown e 15s

atomic ele or apocalypse 15, the apocalypse will be more on the sq side and the ele will be more on the spl side. both nice subs though. otherwise look at ssa audio's line.
