Lots of Static In Bass Line...Plz Help!!

So I finally got my sub installed and everything seems to work okay except the sub has alot of static in the bass line...So Basiclaly It Sounds Like Poo //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. I Switched RCA's and the problem persists so im pretty sure thats not it. Is The Sub Damaged? Plz Help!!

ive never had a problem with them before...although i have had issues with the rca's on my 20.1.....they are a little bit loose....i think this happened during shipping....b4 it would just make the sub pop when i went over a bump while driving or something....u think maybe they got worse??

also, "static" may not be the best word to describe the noise...its almost like a soft rattle and it does it only on the deeper notes

i would need to look at it, give me a call tomorrow morning and i will come up and take a look at it...
