The Arc SE amps are great can't say enough about the amps! The speaker yeah I didn't like the placement either but did not have enough room for kicks neither did I want to cut into my doors too new of a car only 12000 miles on it. And yeah Don I take off the mesh grill and show pics of the Elates underneath my seats tonight. But yeah overall Im very very happy with my setup. And to answer questions about the LC8 it didn't work too well in my car. THe LC8 couldn't catch full signal in my car. But when used in my wifes RSX just to test out the unit it worked perfect. The LC8 will be up for sale once I make a new board for my car so anyone want it let me know. The rainbows though paired up with the Arc amps are so freaking clear I can't believe it, man just can't say enough about the rainbows either they are freaking awsome! The Arc Flatlines are great SQL woofers and I have been through W7,IDMAX,etc... Don maybe in 3-4 months Im probably gonna step it up to the reference lol!

As for your grills, I was trying to find the right color, but most likely would be easier for you. Try...

I'd love to be able to fit mids in my doors that high....I would suggest maybe putting an angeled spacer ring behind the mids so they angle more towards the occupant.

I know I'm bringing this thread up from the dead but wondered if you ever took pictures of under the seats?

Was that hard to change out the speakers under the seats? What about the doors?

I have a 328i E92 and I'm trying to figure a plan of attack for a stereo upgrade.

How do you like those Rainbows in the door? I was thinking of getting those, just about the only high end component set(besides focal) that comes in a 4".

How's the sound of the underseat speakers? Are they set up as a midbass?

Sorry for all the questions but this is almost exactly what I want to do in my car and I need a lot of help figuring it out.

I really love Arc subs too. Haven't tried the flatlines but I've used the Arc series before and they're great.
