aright so i havnt done anything in the home audio aspect minus the typical sony stereo with 2 speakers type deal. im in the mood to build something new and want to do it all from scracth, like build speaker boxes and such and buya ll components separate.

i was just wondering in a ballpark guestimate how much a good home setup would cost me for everything i will need and it will sound good, get loud, and not fully break the bank. also can i hook up a receiver or plate amp whatever you need to my computer/tv?

any help/pictures/websites or threads would be greatly appreciated
