Hey guys, same thing as last time. $5 per yard + shipping. Carpet is charcoal color without any backing and is extremely easy to use and flex. Great for covering any enclosure or install piece. Same carpet that's used on all those pre-fab enclosures.

on a side note, if anyone is interested in black, i can get that as well provided i have at least 15-20 yards worth of purchases.

I accept paypal at bavarian3@gmail.com or MO (preferable) PM me for the adress. Or feel free shoot me a message over AIM at 'charlesandari'.

the part rolled out on the left is the front side of the carpet

lookin good man //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif It's real easy stuff to work with.

yeah first time i ever laid carpet on a box and it has almost no seams. Plus i was watching a glassman fiberglassing video and this is the same stuff he used to make his wheel well box. He said he likes it better than fleece.

Is there still any left? I may be building a box sometime soon, and I would want to carpet it....

However, I have absolutely no idea how to carpet the box... Is it hard? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I dont think its hard. Heres my post from another forum about carpeting..

__________

I do it just like eric said. I will start with the back bottom, and wrap the enclosure all the way around (front, back, top, bottom). I then cut off the excess carpet hanging off the sides, leaving only the sides bare. Then i cover the side, glue on the carpet, then cut off the excess. Be sure to use enough adhesive at the joints and dont touch them while drying. If you sand the corners sufficiently seams arent a problem.

After taking your time it should look something like this

BTW if anyone needs any of the carpet like in the pic i have alot i need to get rid of. 5 bucks per yard 48" wide roll hit me up!

Here is another writeup as well...

I did mine for the first time using this carpet. It came out sweet. take your time, use 3m super 77 spray adhesive. spray the adhesive on and the bottom side starting 1/4 the way up. Let it tack for about 15 seconds, start laying the carpet rolling it press smoothing as you go. when you meet up at the end over lap it and cut with a single cut using a razor through both layers, remnove the bottom layer cutoff and the top layer should blend right in no seems. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
