LOST 1/2 my tooth, remake the tooth or yank it out?

I dont have dental coverage I should say first, this is coming out of pocket, I lost a filling like 2 months ago, then I went paintballing one night, and HALF my tooth cracked off, like form the middle and outwards towards my cheek is gone, half still there but its sore as hell

Im going to the dentist today for the first time in like 5 years to get it looked at, should I ask them to simply pull it, or is it even cheaper to just remake the tooth or something??

It looks pretty rotten, but my teeth are straight from braces, you CANT see the tooth when I smile, its on the top and its the 3rd from the back

What Im curious about though is if it will make my other teeth move with that one not being there.

Id ask the dentist but Im going to a CHEAP barely english speaking place because there the cheapness lol

My old dentist wont see me til next monday, this was the only place with an openning today, this sucker hurts theres no way Im waiting 3 more days unless I get some freakin vicodin

Any tooth remodeling such as canals or crowns can cost anywhere from $500 - $1500 out of pocket. I've been through just about EVERY dental problem possible that has set me back over $6,800. Just get an extraction for $100-$200. Since it's way in the back you'll never know it was missing in a week anyway.

What a shitty place

They couldnt even get my mouth frozen, she gives me like 4 needles, does an xray, starts pushing the tooth around to get it loose and IT HURT, like a mother, I was squeezing those chair handles so tight, ******* it up cause I wanted it out, then she tried grabbing it witht he pliers and I lost it, hurt to much

Got a little mad at them for not even being able to freeze my mouth, I could feel the tools on my gums and shit so I knew it wasnt right

They said I had some sort of infection that was stopping the freezing from working, so they gave me some meds to take for a week to get rid of the infection then I go back and try again.

PS- to save the tooth, they wanted $500 for root canal, $300 for some post and like $200 for the silver filling
