Looping my REM to 12V constant

What if i just bridged my rem and my 12v. Providing that I ran power from the battery to the 12v on the amp, can anything "blow up", or will i just be able to play my stereo without the key in the ignition?

nothing will blow up. just hope you like replacing your battery.

is it because the amp will always be on or that I will constantly be draining my battery from playing music with the car off?

Both. I suggest running a switch inline with the remote, and turning it off when your vehicle is NOT running.

Unless of course, You have stock in battery's.. Then go right on ahead.

or just use your head about it and run the rem wire off either the accessory for the car or the rem on the back of the deck...

Should be fine. Just keep a good set of jumper cables with you. You'll be needing them...often.
