Looking to put together a stereo for my crx

So what i have so far is my broken pioneer 8400mp that will hopefuly be fixed soon a pair of 6 1/2 in kicker components hooked up to a sony 50x2 rms amp.

and need help with the amp sub/subs combo. My buddy has a L5 and a rockford punch 300 i think that i could get from him but i kinda want to go bigger.

I have not thought of my budget but could probly buy that amp and sub from him for like 150 ish.

Any suggestions to help would be great thanks

Yeah dude save up your money for a little bit and get a good sub amp combo...Because as Jdizzle said CRX's are know to be very loud vehicles

well i want it to be loud but i am saving for the new low 13 sec motor for it so i gota have a budget. The problem with the 12 L5 is i don't think it is gona be loud for me my old truck had 2 12 w6's the old ones and a 1200 wat ppi amp behind my seat and it was loud i got to 143 with that

I was looking at soundsplinter and ed also metro audio has treo my buddy got 4 12's and 2 amps for a grand so 500 for 2 12's and a amp and it pounds

not realy a kicker fan but i knew he has it layin around i want some thing that gets loud and sounds good i was leanin at 2 12 in ed's and a 9.1 but now i don't have that kinda money. any one know a good amp to go with i want like 1200 wats rms but don't got a lotta money i was lookin at the hifonics 1206d

dude the new eD's get loud, my brother has 2 16kv.2s in 4.2 sealed (so it gets a real flat response and has good sq) and it gets low and sounds good....ask 80 inches how much potential those subs have, he designed some plans for a bandpass for my bros and you'd just have to see the graph to beleive me

I think 2 of the 13kv.2 and a 9.1 would be good i don't realy care about room i mean it is a crx there's none anyway but could i get away with flush mounting them in the little pocket i gota get mesurements but it's kinda small i think that would look good and still sound good and maybe when i got more money add 2 more and another amp could u imagine 4 12 in a crx that would be realy loud
