well i decided to splurge on an orion 2500D and i'm wondering if i should keep my subs (check sig). i'm kinda worried i'll be feeding them too much power for daily driving. i want to be louder then what i am now. i was thinking about maybe picking up an 18" xxx. i want to be able to be loud with only 1 sub and be louder then my current setup. what do you guys think?

according to re's specs the 18 should out displace the 2 12's. i think i'm probably gonna go with the single 18" xxx. will the xxx be able to handle the orion daily? i always use the dmm to set my gains so i'll probably just back off a bit.

Get the XXX18 and lets start an XXX team! Would you be confortable sending the xxx18 2500rms for daily?

i think i'll run the amp at 1 ohm and feed it to the xxx. i heard the xxx's are comparable to the brahmas and i really liked my old brahma. now it's time to design a box. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

how do these dimensions sound for an 18" xxx? i believe it's 7.6 cubes net tuned to 33 hz. these are internal dimensions. 37.5" wide, 20.5" tall, 21.5" deep. the port is 5" wide, 20.5" tall, and 26" deep. do these sound good and correct?
