Looking for test tones. Ware to get them off line?

I just some how scratched my official IASCA cd I got at SBN this year and am in need of some tones. Mostly 35-60hz Anyone know of a place to get high quality tones? I know ROE had some, but the links are dead. Any help would be good. If anyone would be willing to send me some, I would forever be in your debt. I did do a serch and f:crazy:und nothing.
