Looking for Suggestions on my Setup

I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and am trying to plan out my audio system install. So far I've purchased a Kenwood DDX374BT DVD Receiver (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_113DDX374B/Kenwood-DDX374BT.html?tp=20217). Next I plan on purchasing my speakers and amplifier. Here's what I'm thinking:

-2x (dash and soundbar) Polk Audio 6.5 speakers and tweeter components w/ crossovers at 100 watts RMS (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_107DB6502/Polk-Audio-DB6502.html?tp=106)

-Kicker 12" Sub Enclosure at 150 watts RMS (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_20643VC124/Kicker-43VC124.html)

-Pioneer 5 Channel Amp at 75 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms + 600 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_130GMD9605/Pioneer-GM-D9605.html)

This is my first install and I'm doing as much research as possible so please let me know if I'm off on something. In addition to comments/suggestions on this setup, I have the following questions:

-Do I need a crossover for the sub?

-Do I need a capacitor?

-I assume I should run both sets of 6.5 component speakers to the amp as well since it is 5 channel?
