I have a 13W7 right now, great subwoofer. I know there's better out there but at the time I had money to blow and never heard the JL 13W7.

Are there any other subwoofers out there that will get louder and sound just as good on a 1000w/v2 amp?

I got 2 dd3512.s for sale although they can take alot more power 1200rms each

Doubt you'll get much of a noticeable difference especially if the w7 is in an optimal enclosure.

You would need a noticeably more efficient enclosure design or more cone area for the change to even be worth it granted youre keeping the amp

This ^ also make sure the neclosure is up to spec on the JL's. If not, that may be a lesser expensive

option on money.

i'd say keep the w7 or spend more money on more power.

Not goon notice ant difference using the same amp and enclosure. Try a better box first then maybe a different or larger sub

You could message me about selling your W7, or make sure your enclosure is tuned right...lastly dont forget JL Audio runs their subs at 3ohms so you cant use normal amps if you ever wanted to get the potential out of it by switching amps.

Right now my box is tuned at 32, should I rebuild another one according to JL specs?
