I'm looking for someone good with graphics to design me a web banner for the header of a sports website I am making.
I will give you the color #s and the images I would like on it. I'll paypal you $20 for your time. I know I'm not going to get a professional graphic designer for that money. I'm just looking for something better than what I can produce.
