OP, if you have any friends or family in Canada, you can "smuggle" yourself some awesome smokes into the country. Beyond that, the pickings are kinda slim.

Cigars International, Famous Smoke, and Cigars.com are my favorite places. CI and Cigars.com are sister companies, but CI usually has better prices. Their Daily Deal is one of the best on the web, and fantastic customer service. I sound like a rep, but I gotta say I've never gotten better customer service any where else. Cigarbid.com is also an awesome place to bid on cigars (usually ends up being cheaper than all the other places, if you're patient), and their customer service is on par with the others.
