Where the Hell am I?
Hey i have a 1998 Honda Accord i have currently some decent 6X9s in the back and i have a 2 channel amp looking to put some 6.5 components in the back instead of the 6X9s are there any custom boxes or something i can put there since i know i can fit the 6.5s spreaker in there but where can i put the tweeters?

first thing first.....take all that sony xplod shit out of there.......its not worth the money for the child labor that made it

Second, forget about back speakers, at least for now. Pick up a nice set of 6.5" components for up front. Music is recorded for only 2 front channels (for the most part), so really front speakers is all you technically should have in your car. Rears can be added later, but should not be a main focus.

If you are looking to go cheap, look into Phoenix Gold rSD components, they can be had for less than $100 shipped. Also I believe there are some CDT components that can be had for cheap and have been getting good reviews.

Then get yourself a quality 2 channel amp that will give your components the proper power. rSD's will want at least 120 watts rms. Profile amps are great for the price. Millionbuy.com has them for the cheapest that I have seen

Properly install them and you will be happy, they will be far superior than the sony speakers you have

Alright that sounds like a plan im going to upgrade my speakers before subs and i want some bass and the components seem better than regular speakers and quick question i could my other sony speakers proffesionally installed and Circuitcity. And the tweeters in the front are not connected so i should be able to put the new tweeters with the components in that slot if they fit and the mid bass in the doors 1998 Honda Accord(Basiclly how do compnents work lol)

you might need some mdf rings for new component speakers and the tweeters should fit in the factory area. if not u could easily make it fit with some drilling. Also sound deaden your doors. and you might want to upgrade your factory speaker wire.

Here are the Phoenix Gold Rsd65cs's for $87 shipped:

If you click the link, you'll see a picture of what you get. Two midrange drivers, two tweeters, and two crossovers. The crossover has a single input from the amplifier, which then splits the signal, it sends the high frequencies to the tweeters, the lows to the mids. You supply the wiring and mounting.

and what kinda wiring am i gunna need to do on this install of my shitty xplods i just had to plug in the wiring harness and drill some new wholes

you mite want to install new speaker wires. than run them back to the amp and connect the amp turn on lead and RCA to your headunit. Then run the power wire from battery to amp and ground wire to a bare metal frame of the car. I guess the hardest part is making it look like a clean install.
