I have ran a pair of sa-12's on an ap1800d I would strongly suggest you look into a.better quality amp for those subs it sounded.horrible put a Saz-1000 on them and it greatly improved the sound and picked up far more notes.

u can buy a new ap1500 for 160ish and a 1800 for like 185 or so. i seen a few 1500s on here sell for 125-140 used at that price u might as well buy a new one. i 2 want some cheap power , u should buy your subs now and save for a audioque 2200d.

pm sent there 390.00 not bad for some good clean power. i wana get the audiopipe but im worried that im gona get bad voltage drops. i wana say stay away from hifonics i made the mistake and got a hifonics 2008d the amp did put out power but it was so bad on my electrical lol.
