Heres why iam looking for a replacement , My old pioneer premier 740mp started having issues with the volumn knob sometimes ( usally above 32 ) so i removed it and put in an older alpine 7870 i had . The Alpine i really enjoy but i DO listen to the radio often and compared to the pioneer the fm reception is horrible . Ive started looking at new decks and with all the features compared to my old stuff , iam lost.
My system is nothing real fancy . 4 channel amp running 4x6 infinity plates in dash and ID 6.5 componets in the doors . Monoblock amp running 2 12 inch subs .
I dont use pandora , but would like to use my ipod from time to time .
Should i look for a new cd player or just look for a faceplace for the 740mp ?
