Looking for peak output in 30-40hz range Fi Q or BL?

I want to be able to play music an have the 30-40hz notes the peak. So probably in a 32-35hz tuned box. I feel torn between the Fi Q and Fi BL. Will be one 12". What will I notice the differences be between these two subs?
