Looking for louder than a 12w6v2

Ok i have a mtx thunder 6500D which the birthsheet says it does 600 rms @ 12.5volts anyways im wonderin if i can get a MUCH louder and DEEPER sounding sub with that kinda power or i should just work on designing a better box so far i tried it sealed, ported 2.0cu.ft @ 31 and 1.5 cu ft @ 32 got decently loud but not deep enough for my likings.

Not to "hijack" your thread as I couldn't give you any advice on this, but I wanted to ask you your thoughts on this sub and the differences between these enclosures. Specifically how did the sealed enclosure compare to the others. I know it probably didn't have the output, but what about freq range and SQ? Thanks bro

That sub neither wants nor needs 1200w. Honestly, if you're looking for loud, look somewhere other than JL.

it all depends on how much money u wanna throw at it, and what kinda room you have for a box. it's not hard to get something that will outdo a w6, even though i like mine, there are many options. are u allso wanting to get another amp too?

No i want to keep my amp i just wonder if i can get another sub that will get louder with the same power p.s i dont think the w6 can take 1200 watts rms honestly i put it on a 800 watt cadence amp and it started to pop.

Any sub suggestions would be deeply valued
