Looking for Loud and Cheap

ok for the last time it is going to be a SEALED BOX. Trunk is a nissan 240sx. He wants a budget loud system. Again a SEALED BOX. Amp will be matched to the sub...so the Mach audios are looking good now...

The Mach Audio 15 is an excellent choice, but don't overlook the Dayton DVC15... $99 shipped for a sub w/ 16+ mm Xmax (DUMAX) -- put it in 2.5 cubes sealed and give it 500-600W and let her wang.
The obvious advantage the MAW has is the ability to wire a single sub to 2-ohms... which gives you the option of running a mono amp.

hey dude... it was running 15.9 volts cause the alt was broke.. it actually got up to 17 before the alt died all together
The hell kind of alt were you running? I think most of ur electrical system which is based on 12 volts would be ruined?

Well, we haven't measured the trunk, so I have no idea if we have the space for 1 15. We may have to go with a 12 instead. Does that change any of your decisions? Will the maw have good low end extension if installed in a larger sealed box?
