Looking for iPhone lightning to USB Type C adapter

I just switched from an iPhone to the Samsung S8. But, my car audio is wired to connect to iPhone via the lightning connector. I have a 2007 Honda Accord V6 and it's audio system does not have bluetooth connectivity.

Can someone help me find the right adapter (lightning female to usb type-c male) that supports audio and video?

They exist but from what Im seeing dont have the ability to transfer audio/video...

Pictures? Is the cord coming right out of the radio?

Factory or aftermarket radio?
