Ug, not happy about it, but I gotta build a box for a "Diesel Audio" 10" subwoofer for an acquaintance .

This, specifically:

Diesel Audio - 10" Dual-Voice-Coil 4-Ohm Subwoofer - NS1010

I can't find a manual for it on the internet (the Diesel Audio homepage doesn't work.. go fig), and I need a decent enclosure size for it so I can get the box started before it comes in the mail.

I'm gonna port it.. interested if one of you, by some stroke of luck, has dealt with them before. Otherwise what size would y'all recommend?

Lol, not much indeed. Thanks for the help though guys.. I'll give it a 1.5cubes box.

30hz you say? Why so low, I'm used to everyday boxes being pretty usually 32hz. I'm curious!

i've always seen lower tuning referenced to SQ from guys on here... no clue really though, 32-36 is fine imo.

Grabbed plans for the 1.6 @ 32 box in the free plans section... The sub sounds pretty good in it actually!! I'm impressed for a $40 sub on a lil 350watt amp, cheers.
