looking for cheap amps to power my 3-way, D5 or aurasound?

Im on a budget

my options are

(2) Diamond Audio D5 300.4 (off of ebay) $350 shipped (37.5 x 4 @ 4)

-or-

(2) Aurasound RPM 50x4s (from PE) $215 shipped

would there be any noticeable sonic differences between these amps?

First amp will be powering a pair of BG Neo3s and Usher 9845s

the second amp will be bridged for a pair of XLS 8s
