I'm Located In NYC And Would Like Someone Locally Or Pretty Close So I Can Pick Up. I Have 2 10" JL Audio W6V2D4 Looking For A Dual Box Going Into A '02 VW Jetta And Would Also Like Some Advice On A Gr8 Amp 2 Power These Babies Also Looking For The Best Enclosure 2 Have These Mini Monsters Sounding Nice n Clean Even @ It's PEAK...So Far I Been Looking @ The JX1000/1D Monoblock Amp

I would suggest a well built ported enclosure tuned around 32-33hz and give them any were from 700-1000rms of clean power.
