Here is a good starting list of very nice sq subs- Image Dynamics, Hertz, Focal, Jl audio, I am not really a fan of Jl personally and the Image Dynamics and Hertz subs sound great at a good price. Also I do not recommend a cap since it is a waste of money and for amps there are many nice amps out there depending on your budget.
