Looking for an upgrade from nine.4

I just installed some slc-265 components and have them runing off a nine.4, only reason i purchased it was for its power and because it matched my nine.1. Well, I think im really holding back my components in the sq department because of this amp (from what I have read, ED is decent for sq, but a better power for dollar amp) and plus it has that annoying static at low volumes. So I want somehting that is a true sq competitor and puts out at least 150 x 2 @ 4 ohms, whether thats bridged power or not, doesn't matter.

Heres my list:

Arc Audio Kar 400.4 ($312 new, will buy used or on ebay)

Diamond Audio D6300.4 ($272 on ebay)

Diamond Audio D3400.4 ($150 on ebay)

My limit is $275, any and all opinions are appreciated.
