Looking for an amp - Need advice

I need some advice on what amp to get to power (1) Sundown SA-10 D2 Rev 2 ? This will be in a ported box setup. I would like to keep the cost no higher than $275.00 if possible. Thanks for your help.

Trunk space is fairly limited. This will be going in the trunk of a Q50. There's not a lot of space back there.
