Looking for a sub that would sound nice in a 1.625 cu. ft enclosure...

Hey guys, I have the box that I'm using for my 13w6v2 and I'm looking to mess around with a few more subs... I figured I would just put another piece of MDF with a 12" subwoofer cutout over the opening I have now, instead of spending money on a new box just to experiment with.. (I'm broke ._. )

Anyways, The box is 1.625 cubic feet, sealed.

I was thinking of trying an Alpine Type-X, but the recommended enclosure size is no larger then 1.2cu ft I believe...

Will an Fi Q sound good in a box like this?

I want to try a sub that will get a lot lower but sound as good as my 13w6v2.

I know I won't be loud in a sealed box, but its all I have for now, I can't afford to put money into another enclosure if I'm just going to experiment.

Any other subs you guys would recommend?

a set of Boston G5's with the gtr radiators in a cube a piece //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

My RL-p does sound nice sealed. But pretty comparable to the W6. I've heard both, the JL is definitely nice, but for what I paid for my RL-p, it was well worth the price. So I would try something else. Maybe the Hertz Mille?
