looking for a sub ~ 400w

well, i decided to order a KX700.5 to run my components and my sub. i am trying to decide on what sub will work best with my criteria. the amp is rated for 400w @ 2ohms. i was looking to stay around the $100 range. i would like a single 12" or 15". i am looking for SQL and something that will keep up with PG RSd65cs seeing 140w a side. i hear great things about the MAW-15 sealed as far as SQL is concerned, but i would like to see what you guys can come up with. btw i am looking to buy new. thanks!

I have a 12" TC7 that would be great off 400 watts. Its a dual 4 so itd work with the amp. Has great sq, better than the D3. Cant comment on the maws though.
