Looking for a song/album from the 90s

Back in the 90s I used to compete in NSPL. During that time, I came across a Mustang running 12 12"s.. and he was playing a CD that I have never forgot about and am curious to find.

The track started out with talking between two guys, one checking out the others system and the music bumping.. playing in a show car, you'd get a "Eh.. not bad.. but nothing special" kind of feeling. But then, the second guy would be like "not bad, but check out my car".. and when the bass dropped, it would blow your mind!

Anyone know of, or have any idea on how to find such track?

Just throwing it out there/guessing, but it may have been those lipsinkers..Milly Vanilly???

I don't believe it was from a well known artist, but I searched around Milly Vanilly just to make sure, and found nothing. It most likely would have been from a group such as Bass Mekanik, Deff Bass Krew, etc.
