I am interested in the Pioneer DEH-P5800MP:

I really like how the screen can display so much information, however, I did a bit of research on OLED displays. It appears that blue OLEDs (the ones that are in his headunit) have the shortest lifespan with approx ~10 000 hrs. This is even worse than CCFL tubes used in LCD screens.
My second choice for a headunit would be the Alpine CDE-9852:

I really like how the Pioneer has so many more functions compared to the Alpine, such as voltage monitor, aux input, 3 sets of preouts, more info displayed on the screen...ect
However, I am afraid the short lifespan of OLEDs (blue) might pose a problem for the future, and that is the only factor stopping me from buying this unit right now. So I thought maybe I'll post here. Should I go ahead and buy the Pioneer or no?
