looking for a new guitar

So, I'm really wanting a 12 string acoustic, I just love the sound of them. I went out and looked at a few today, played an Indiana (wasn't impressed), and a Fender which wasn't too bad, sounded pretty good. Both were less than 300, and I'd like to keep it below 400 if possible. Any suggestions?

12 strings are pretty sweet, i wouldn't buy one though since i'd never really play it much...

great guitars. Ive played everything from martins to alvarez to taylors and seagull guitars are actually their own style guitar. Not just a shitty attempt of other guitars. A buddy of mine who i used to play gigs with will only play seagulls. The only reason they are cheap is because they are made in canada and the wood is new.
