Looking for a decent custom built pc

What I am looking for is a decent rig thats " NOT" for gaming. I would like it to be pretty fast, vista, a good hd( for holding music and movies) and do your normal everyday web surfing, also needs to have a good video card. Let me know what you can come up with. List the specs please. I dont have a whole lot of money (child support sux) but i can get a little bit. I also may be willing to trade my Zapco Reference series "red" 5.25 components that are in my door. Let me know.
