actually looking for a pair...can send them either 1200watts at 1ohm or 1800watts at .5ohms...i'd prefer to run at 1ohm though. Enclosure is going to be a decware wicked one. approx 7ft^3 looking for SQ but SPL isn't out of the question. budget is under 700$ for the pair used option but new or in new condition is ideal.

7cu seems awful big for a pr of 12s. I know I recommend 1.5cu per 12 here at the shop.

Take a look at the DC lvl 4's. I believe they will suit your need just fine and will fall under your budget brand new.

I've been considering the DC lvl 4s they look decent to me but I'm not very good at telling a good sub except via the mats used for the cone/suspension and size/wight of magnet. I'm not good at knowing the calculations for the vas xmas fs all that stuff. I've heard mixed things about the DCs some people say their trash others seem to like them so I'm undecided there. The box isn't your typical ported/sealed box hence the size its actually a horn loaded enclosure and is veryyyyy small for it being thus it does so by haveing the 2tapered ports fire through a shared mouth otherwise it would have to be almost twice the size to properly work. Any opinions on the DCs?

Yeah I know right, I guess what i want is an spl driver since thats the only thing prob capable of handling that kind of power but if thats the case I'm looking for the most musical SPL sub out there that can handle that PWR

Mine is extremely musical... Im playing it now in 1.7 cubes down to 31 hz
