If you would be willing to have it repaired (amprepaircenter.com) I have a blown Cadence ZRS-10. It powers on and the fans blow, but there may be something wrong with the RCA's. You could get it and get it fixed and stay under your budget. Then have over 2kw rms to boot! PM me if interested.

blown lanzar opti 1000.1D that does about 1500w at 1 ohm. its blown so its on the cheap but you could buy it and fix it for less than 200
