you can find an mtx TA7804 for about 250 shipped off ebay... its 4x 200w @ 2ohms, 4x 100w @ 4ohms

I bought the 440.4 I love it. These are very conservative rated for the money..200 x 4 @ 2 ohms .5% thd, 12.5 v.
