looking for a 4 channel amp, need suggestions

I have an 08 impala non bose. I'll be putting Rockford fosgate p1653 (60 RMS 4 ohm) in the front and Kicker KS6930 or KS693 (100 RMS 4 ohm) in the back. I'm looking for an amp to power all four of them for under 150. Also there's a space in my trunk for a factory amp around 8*8 i can probobly fit an amp thats about 12*12, so if you can suggest one around that size even better, but not a necessity. A Soundigital 500.4AB sounds like it would fit your bill. Probably going to be more than $150 though.
