The cosmetics i would say are 8/10. There are a few light surface scratches, but can't be seen unless you go up very close to it. I would give a 9.5/10 as for functionality because it can never be "perfect" since its a refurb. This was a great amp to me, i just don't need it anymore because i bought a pcx4125 for my fronts now.
