looking for 6.5 componets

I have a mb quart discuss 2150 that i will be driving these with. Currently i have clarion 4x6 and 6x9 all running off the head unit and this amp driving a type-r 12". I will be getting a new amp and possible smaller sub, but i want some componets for up front. I was looking at the cadence zrs series cause and i listened to the type-r's the other day and thought they sounded good, but i dont know. I wouldn't really want to spend more than $150-200 for some, but i dont know wht is the best in that price range . I want good midbass and i like a bright tweeter.

I have a set of Massive VK and CK's BNIB? I also have a DD 2512 and box if you wanted too grade that sub lol

Ive never heard these , but the vk sound like they are right up my alley. They have good reviews , but the terminals look cheap. probably not interested in the dd sub , those are out of my price range.

Whats your price range on subs? Massive makes great stuff and the terminals arent bad... Im sure you can do much better then alpine stuff...

I actually thought about a smaller sub to take up less trunk space like a sundown sa-8 or something, but there are so many mixed reviews on what size/ tune u need for a box for it.

just noticed u were from colorado, i lived in colorado springs for 5 years and im so glad they started selling fat tire beer over here, i loved that stuff when i lived there,lol

Your current amp for the type R would be good for a 2512 cuz its 750 rms...

8" Neodymium Magnet Sub Woofers designed by Lorentz Audio in Chicago? saw those for sale for like $70 bucks each or make a deal on all4 @ car audio clasifieds. They would be ok if running 2 of them.
