I would go with the HCs just because you will get them brand new with a warranty for the same price. Also you will get a better sub in my opinion if you go with RE. up to you though.

Well the REs are a great deal at the price they are selling for right now....My subs retailed higher, and had a little more on the bass side then the hc, but the the hc has a little sq...so its up to you...
