I have been looking for a few days for a website that has the dash installation kit I need. My 99 Civic has a double DIN opening in the dash. I have an Eclipse CD player and I just bought a Soundstream M-Tube8 preamp. I've got all the wiring done and everything sounds great. The problem I have now is a 1/2 DIN hole in my dash. Can I buy a generic 1/2 DIN install kit for my eq or does anyone make a kit that will allow me to cleanly install my cd player and 1/2 DIN eq? It's amazing to me that this is so hard to find. I'm pretty sure I can fabricate something with a little time. I really don't want to. Can anyone suggest a store where I can buy what I need at? Thanks.
