Lookin to upgrade. Need help!

I currently have a set of CDT CL-62's (150wrms, sending them pull power) and was thinking about changing my setup a little, well a lot. I was just wondering what a good set of components would be that are better than the CL-62's and can get just as loud? I thought about the Type X's but they can only handle 75wrms, so i dont know how loud they will get. Any and all opinions will be greatly appreciated. The price cant be higher than $250, and they need to be 6.5's.

You should run pioneer mids and a set o tweets its really nice you can get em at walmart they sound good, blend wit the 4 15's good.
