lookin for panels.. can you help?

i have a ps2 on my glove box and i plan on makeing a trim plate and the top has about 2 inches and i wanted to put usb, rca, and ac plug-ins mounted in the face.. usb and rca's will be coming from my deck so i need a plug type thing that can be mounted to the trim plate that has male usb to female usb and female to female rca jacks. the plug in i just need something slim.
