so i got 2 12" american bass hd the new series out,, well wen i took them out of the box i was like wow,, there stiff, heavy, and sexy, thats how a 12" should look ,, let me know wut you guys think.

I know a guy that has 4 of those in a extended cab s-10 (no cutthrough) on 2 VFL 175.1s (close to 6000w) he did a 152+ on the meter with very little tuning...he is StreetC capable but hasn't run it yet in that class

I think it looks cheap and tacky...maybe just my opinion though. The HDC 18's don't have it though, and look MUCH better IMO.

i know i know a look alike to a hdc3 an a few others,, but i got it for a good cost that i am not allowed to announce,, it will be running off my jbl a 6000, i was runnging a singal 15,, but it wasent taking that power that well so i figure i split the power up and ill see wut she can do in about 8 days..( i need 8 days to build the box duee to my work and college)

american bass has great customer service,, i know a guy fronm ny who had the vfl series well he blew 4 up ( not all at the same time,) and american bass took care of him
