LOL @ RD Audio & if RD owes you something (RD super fail topic)

I lol at RD Audio. The only reason I would go with most company's are the Customer Service. If I can contact someone who is smart enough to realize what kind of things go on with their products and are able to relate, help, and or fix issues that might arise, Then I might go with their product. Example: Sundown, Second Skin, etc. Second is product quality/cost. RD stuff isn't so cheap. And there is def an issue with the products.

 
I gotta agree the first time I saw DC stuff the first thing that came to mind was RE knockoffs. But if they treat people better than RE they're already ahead of the game.
Even if they are, like you say, Their customer service is top notch. I email rusty just to bullshit every now and then and he's cool. Customer service is king, all it takes is one mishap by a company that goes unmitigated and it will be the first nail in the coffin.

So bumpin comes over riding steves dick because he proly got a great deal on his RD shit plus the free 15"s that he got for that 15" Challenge that he turned around and sold. Thats understandable. Everyones stupid once in a while

Steve/RD has had horrible customer service, i was ready to let him build me a custom 10" and when i was ready to pay he stopped returning PM's. You can make the excuse that he is trying but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Other companies do extensive testing to make sure they dont lose their *** if something like this happens. To see it as a bitter sweet example of him "trying" is just poor excuse making.

Lets talk about DC too. Look at DC's satisfaction rate. Look at their following. They have almost the same amound of people backing them as Sundown and for a good reason. Bumpin calls it poor planning even though he ran DC before ******* steves dick. If DC is the same as RE which he is trying to say, then why does their shit last longer and why is there a failure rate that is almost non exsistant.

I suggest before you trash talk shit, you form your unbiased opinion or keep your stupid comments to the CACO boards where you canstantly get flamed even though your Staff.

How about you grow up and get your fact straight before arising to poor conclusions, which in the end just make you look like a jackass.

I sent all 15" challenge subs back to the owners, minus the Z15 as Jacob had found a local buyer, get your facts straight kid before you front.

My only affiliation I ever had/have with steve is the fact that hes been in the hospital and I told him to help the company I would organize orders for him. I have also tried setting up a simple C-5 system for him. Does that make me biased on him... not really. I agree his customer service has sucked but I am noticing more and more how everyone who says this are kids, kids who have never purchased anything more then a E8 or a DC lvl3, giving them no legitimate say... that they are simply a poor attempt at being a keyboard commando.

If I owned one id pay to ship it out to him just for the peace of mind of getting the issue fixed. At least he is being proactive, fucking DD would just tell me to "call back next week" for MONTHS after the first round of DD Z1's smoked and I just finally told them to give me my money back. At least RD is taking care of srz biszznuss.
