I made an order for 3 alpine PDX amps a few days ago.. after receiving no confirmation whatsoever, I just contacted them...

The 600.1 was in stock, but she didnt know if it was the standard black or marine..

One 100.4 was shipped but it was marine and not black like I had purchased..

The final 100.4 was on back order and she didnt know when it would be in

This place is a joke, Im not going to accept the amps when they arrive and I'll be sure that nothing gets charged to my AMEX.

Be weary of OCS.

On another note, they need an editor on their site badly. With all the spelling mistakes I saw, I knew i shouldve backed off.

OCS is a decent company in the end, but definitely do orders with them over the phone. Their online ordering is terrible, they RARELY update their site, it took them about 3 months to pull the Crunch GP3k's from the site, and it got them a huge cluster**** of orders for an item they didn't have.

Anytime your dealing with OCS, deal with them by phone. This is from personal experience.

communication sucks. as long as your not in a rush to get your product, then there decent to deal with. i do agree that ordering over the phone > ordering via the web.

i got a bxi 1605 from em, blew with a week and they replaced it with a bxi1606D, free of charge.. was a easy $60 over what i payed for the 1605.. but its been nearly 2 years ago and the 1606 is still pumpin the tunes

Lol, I probably have ordered over 2k worth of items from them and never had one problem with them................to be fair I always called to make sure the item was in stock and they had the right stuff.

Some people just don't get lucky............I feel for you man.
