i bought a hercules off them with no problems. I asked them about warranty, they said free replacement against anything!!!. I said awesome, so i bought the amp thinking they were a reliable company. Never had problems with the amp, works flwless.

DUde, SHOW them that whole thing you just showed us .......including the "lie" indicators to show them how many times they lied to you. Tell them they have horrible service. If i were you, i would copy and paste all that and let them know "this is truly poor service, been lied to more than 3 times, I will make sure i stay away from IndoAudio when i purchase online again. Nothing but dishonest facts and poor customer handling." Did you give them a negative feedback? I swear I am pissed off just reading that dumb message, i can imagine how patient you were. Good Luck bro.....

I had problems with them also. I ordered a Type R a little over a year ago and they sent me a tracking # and told me it shipped. It didn't arrive after almost a month and I was furious. They kept telling me it was shipped. I contacted UPS and they told me that they created a shipment order and had never received anything to ship. I instantly demanded a refund, luckily after a long convo with an employee they gave me my full refund.....they stated that somehow in some confusion my sub was never dropped off....with a name like Indoaudio I don't find it hard to believe that they forgot..........not good business IMO

I bought my Kenwood amp from them.. Said I would have it within a week.. Took two weeks, but other than that it was fine..

Oh dear, I just ordered from Indo... been a week, sent an e-mail to him and he replied (within an hour) saying he will get the speakers (Boston Z6) in FedEx today.

I am crossing my fingers in the hopes of a positive experience.

Well, fortunately for me, I can still dispute the charge with my credit card company. Because the bill containing the charge has not been generated yet, they will deduct it from my bill. If it hasn't been shipped (in the hands of FedEx, not just Fedex being notified) by the end of this week, I will notify Indo to cancel order and tell my cc company that I dispute it.

Happy to say that the Z6s came today, better late than never I guess. I sure as hell won't give them a positive feedback simply because it is obvious they ****. And I should mention that these "new" Z6s look new but it is obvious the box has been opened and repacked. They don't look like they were ever installed though.

It's because they removed all the serial numbers from your speaker set. Look on the bottom side of the crossovers and speaker baskets, you will see the area where there used to be serial numbers.
