I ordered a Type R a little over a year ago and they sent me a tracking # and told me it shipped. It didn't arrive after almost a month and I was furious. They kept telling me it was shipped. I contacted UPS and they told me that they created a shipment order and had never received anything to ship. I instantly demanded a refund, luckily after a long convo with an employee they gave me my full refund.....they stated that somehow in some confusion my sub was never dropped off....with a name like Indoaudio I don't find it hard to believe that they forgot..........not good business IMO</p></blockquote><p></p>
