Pre-orders come in and about 5 f'n minutes later, Skar goes on every forum selling them at retail. What does Skar/Kevin stand to make off the deal? $1k or so? Definitely NOT worth the way it looks to people. It doesn't take a friggin brain surgeon to figure out what happened. Especially since the pre-order thread and the FS thread are right next to each other on the front page.

I don't care if you're an authorized dealer or not. It looks shady. Keep those things at the shop and if you're the authorized dealer for Florida, sell them in Florida. You make your $1k and keep your rep intact. Win-win.

If one of the random forum members would have done the same thing, I would be like, "Eff that dude. He can take those subs and shove 'em." And that's exactly why I haven't ordered any from you (Kevin/Skar). And I guarantee I'm not alone there. I know there are people who didn't get in on the pre-order that want some v.2's but because of the way it was done, they won't get them from you.

And the thing is... you're not some random forum member. For all intents and purposes, you're a competitor. I don't care how tight you are with Jacob. If I started my own CA company, you know what I would sell? You guessed it... Sundown. Way to go.

Doesnt matter if both companies are vendors. You are not. They are allowed to advertise. You are not. If that were the case any vendor could pay the members to advertise for them. Rules are rules. Consider this your last warning.

Suit yourself man. Like I said, consumers make your company. If you're not going to make the effort to make a customer feel more comfortable with your company after YOU, yourself effed up, then don't expect to prosper as you could have. If it were me, I'd take every opportunity to win over every customer I could especially being a relatively new business.

I am actually in the market for a new sub, and Skar was at the top of my list to try out. Now, its completely off of the list. Sure, that's only one sale, but if you continue to allow this to happen, it will take its toll. Never take any customer for granted.
